Hey you, yes you there, you are late, we've been waiting all this time just for you! Never mind I know you couldn't find us, no-one knows where Hull UK is!
I was talking with a friend about what topics should be in a blog about your hometown. Start with some facts he said..
Well, it depends on your own focus. I'm not much into politics or single minded enthusiasm for the town of Hull. Some-one's got to come from Hull I thought.
Lets start by putting up down a few bits of info and see what happens. If I can generate some feedback, perhaps in two mindsets. Visitors who've actually been to Hull and from the people who live in Hull..
Maybe that'll make a good start, but I don't really have a single purpose for this BridgeTown Blog, only that when people ask, I can say.. "Go see my blog".
If you live in Hull - or have visited Hull, you could leave a decent comment. I'll need to OK it first though, you know some people are natural idiots. (I've had to practice), they leave stupid obnoxious comments that are designed to deliberately offend - So keep your stinking thinking to yourself.
As my grandad used to say. "If thy can't say nowt good, keep thy trap shut".
Not that I won't allow negatives, if you didn't or don't like Hull, and make a decent point, I'll post it.
Like I went to enjoy the Marina area one Sunday, with my wife and kids. The whole place was closed off to the public for some big conference.
So, I've lived here all my life, and want to enjoy a Sunday stroll on the pier and marina complex - but some corporate morons have decided they don't want to mingle with us common Hull folk. If I really said what I wanted to say here, I'd have to ban myself..
